Hazel's Very Late Post About Wednesday's Officer and OIT Meeting

Hey guys! It's Hazel again. This is a post about the Officer and OIT Meeting on Wednesday, September 8. So this time, I'm going to try a new format for the blog posts about meeting minutes. I'm just going to say what we did or what people signed up for instead of telling a story so it saves time and Hazel (or someone else if she is not present) can do it during the meeting itself. (Instead of taking notes on a doc and then going back and blog posting). So, here's what we did....

- Decided the final list for Operation Holiday Child Collections

- Planned to have a can shake at M&S II this weekend, but that might not happen since the person with the parent canceled, leaving only Alexa

- Planned can shakes for October 3rd and 4th: if you want to sign up, ask for details in the comments below or come to the next meeting on September 14!! (also Hazel's birthday just saying)

- The club fair this year is September 27th, so if anyone wants to volunteer to stay at the table during their lunch block, please let us know in the comments
