Teal Pumpkin Bash
The HOPE Club would like to recognize all of those who attended the Teal Pumpkin Bash and made it a success!
On Tuesday, October 22, several HOPE Club members gathered in the cafeteria to paint lots and lots of pumpkins to raise awareness for the Teal Pumpkin Project. The teal pumpkins represented a worldwide movement to aid children on Halloween with allergies to ensure a safe and happy Halloween. Homes with the teal pumpkin on their windowsills or on their doorstep served non-candy treats for trick-or-treaters who have food allergies or for those who are unable to eat candy, to ensure that Halloween is a fun experience for all!
The Teal Pumpkin Bash was a lot of fun as well—with games such as mummy-wrapping and snacks for everyone to enjoy.
We appreciate everyone who came out to support the cause and look forward to seeing everyone next year!
Have a safe and happy Halloween!
