Gardener Inspiration
Adel has been a kind friend to my family for about a decade. One of the things he used to always do was gift us some of the fresh fruit and vegetables he harvested, as he did with all of his neighbors. I remember last year when I used to walk from Morris Hills after school, I would always pass by his house and typically would see him gardening outside.
He would show me around his garden and encourage me to garden myself, telling me the value that such an experience has on your growth as a person, not to mention the great feeling he always got when he gave the fresh fruits and vegetables away to neighbors and friends after harvests.
I still remember the watermelon he offered us from his garden tasting better than anything I have ever tried from a store! He taught me about the time that he plants, a few techniques that he uses, and helped me gain new ideas to incorporate in the MH garden. Having so many years of experience, I see him as a new perspective when I encounter difficulties gardening.
