Update: Week #2

A week has passed and we officially have at least one seedling from each of type of seeds we planted two weeks ago! The pepper was the last one to sprout and we were getting a bit worried about their development, but all of our concerns were unfounded. In contrast, the kale has been growing the most, in both quantity and size. To make sure the seedlings receive enough "sun"light, I have been rotating the trays around. One of our major concerns, as of now, is how we are going to be able to take care of the plants over spring break? However, considering that spring break is fairly late this year (AKA it starts April 19), I have my fingers crossed that we will be able to move the seedlings into the window boxes outside. We're still working on Plans B - ? , but for now, let's bask in the triumph that is the plants' growth.
